Upon arrival, a security deposit is required against damages and possible inconveniences to the rest of the residents of the property, which must be confirmed by payment by bank card. This operation will be returned on the same card within a period of up to 7 working days after departure and return of all the keys once the status of the accommodation has been verified. Please note that we do not accept cash deposits, only by bank card. If you do not comply with this condition upon arrival there will be a breach of contract and the company reserves the right to deny access to our facilities.
The delivery of keys takes place in the same building. Please read the available times in the accommodation details.
Any delivery of the keys to the accommodation outside of the opening hours must be established beforehand, since it may mean arriving and there being no one to assist you for hours.
On the day of departure the accommodation must be released and all keys returned, with all the luggage and guests already outside, at the latest at the time established in the accommodation details.
NUMBER AND IDENTIFICATION OF CLIENTS:
It is not allowed to exceed the number of people stipulated in your original reservation without prior authorization. If so, the price is subject to change. In no case may the maximum capacity of the accommodation be exceeded.
The cleaning service will be carried out before your delivery of the keys, in the accommodation you will find bed linen and towels for all occupants. On departure we ask that you leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. It is the responsibility of the guests to deposit the garbage in the garbage containers on the street.
IMPORTANT: If the state of conservation and cleanliness is not adequate after departure, a penalty will be applied.
MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION:
Cancellations: 50% of the total price is charged if canceled during the 5 days before the day of arrival at the apartment.
Modifications: increasing the number of people may incur a surcharge. Reducing the number of people will not reduce the price of the reservation.
If the client does not show up ("NO SHOW"), 100% of the amount will be charged.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Riots, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.
Please respect the rest of the neighbors from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the lights, AC, TV, etc. every time you leave the apartment. Make sure all doors and windows are closed before leaving the apartment.
The use of the apartment: When booking with us, the client and those accompanying him undertake to make appropriate use of the rented apartment; in all cases DIAGONAL FLATS, SL is exempt from any liability for damages that may be caused by this use.
Valuable objects: DIAGONAL FLATS, SL is not responsible for any valuable object that the client leaves or forgets in the apartment.
Damage caused: Guests are responsible for all damage and deterioration in the apartment or rented furniture, to the extent that they exceed signs of wear and tear from normal use. It is also the customer's responsibility to pay for lost keys and cover any additional costs to change the lock.
Booking an apartment with DIAGONAL FLATS, SL implies absolute and unconditional acceptance of our terms and conditions.
ANY BREACH OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED TERMS GIVES DIAGONAL FLATS, SL THE RIGHT TO DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE EXIT OF VISITORS FROM THE APARTMENT AND THE VISITOR WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CLAIM INDEMNITY OF ANY KIND.
